We offer different levels of pricing depending on the amount of services your project requires, we have a basic and premium level package for clients interested in leaving all of the work to us , have an empty home they are purchasing or have purchased. New construction homes, retail and commercial buildings.

We offer excellent pricing on installation services , our cutting equipment allows us to cut indoors , with no noise, sawdust or electric use. Most of our smaller hand held power tools have vaccuum attachments.We minimize our dust/waste and our installations are 40% more efficient.
Basic Service : 2 Year Structural Warranty.
Included in basic is one 25 lb bag of floor patch or 1 hour of grinding, minor scraping ,sweeping/vaccuming,coating removal, installation of flooring , transition moldings and 1/4 round.

Premium Service: Lifetime Structural Warranty
We are a full service provider. We will assist in moving furniture, take beds apart and put back together, disconnect/reconnect appliances, computers, electronics, entertainment center. Install felt pads on furniture. Seal kitchen cabinets and adjoining rooms with plastic during installation and cover any furniture.
We recomend using a professional mover for large items such as pianos and pool tables although our installation crew will assist with moving these items but will assume no responsibilty should something be damaged.
Lifetime Structural Warranty
We guarantee we will install your floors according to manufacturer's specifications.Each different manufacturer has different guidelines. Our installations are installed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Our installers pay attention to detail and we guarantee your flooring will be free from buckling and your transition moldings will remain fastened.
